Nearly 40 and need to get fitter, hopefully wrestling will help me with that.
Always up for a roll around, age, race, doesn't matter. Do have a huge preference for neck squeezing holds such as chokes/sleepers and headlocks.
Not always easy for me to meet due to my circumstances and work life which has turned a lot of guys off me.
