This way not be the most traditional way of busting /torturing / bashing a man's nuts, but here's one of my go-to's to toughen up a man's nuts.
Get yourself about 5' of leather rawhide cord. Soak it in water.
Then rope up your defeated opponent's nuts at the base of his nutsack. Rope around the wet leather rawhide several times stretching his balls, isolating his nut sack from his body.
With the piece of extra rawhide hanging from his nuts, tie it to a 45 lb metal gym plate on the floor between his legs, securely anchoring his nuts to the floor.
Now you have your defeated opponent standing in front of you, his nuts stretched tight like a speedbad.
He can't move.
As the leather rawhide starts do dry, it starts tightening around his nuts and stretching his balls closer the floor,
His balls are hanging stretched tight and anchored in place between his legs. Punch, slap, and tap his balls. When tries to resist and move, he forgets that his nut sack is fixed to the floor and he tugs hard on his balls and sending a shock of pain through his crotch.
You'll have your defeated opponent spewing his wad hands-free from the abuse to his balls alone.
You have the fucker owned.

Love it. Wet rawhide is the best to use on balls. Your proposed use is one of the best.
