Because of car issues, I haven't been able to travel for any sparring matches or even go to the gym regularly. I didn't think I'd mind as much at first but... it's incredibly annoying. I didn't realize how much I needed that outlet for stress until a few weeks ago...

That said, I've been doing as much as I can on my own. While trying to find a new place to live, a new car, a new job, all of that... the exercise has definitely shaved some of that frustration off, but having a live opponent to learn from and spar with is so much better. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to that soon.

For the last few weeks, I've been working more on footwork and stamina than anything else. Those were the places where I was lacking the most, and finding footwork drills online is really easy. And they're all really good, too. I'm at least at the point where I don't have to reference the video every time before I start, and jogging twice a week has done my cardio wonders. I should add a third day in there, but the way my work situation is now sans a vehicle makes that a little difficult.

One step at a time.
