I still consider myself a beginner (maybe advanced beginner), even after decades of on-and-off wrestling. I will work for the pin or submission, but I prioritize a good, sweaty, and fun match over winning.

WHAT I LIKE IN A MATCH (so please don't ask me in a message - it's all right here!):

Important things to me:
-We both have a good experience.
-Neither of us gets hurt.
-We respect each other's boundaries.
-We adjust our wrestling to make the bout somewhat even if one of us is far more skilled. I'm not into totally squashing or being totally squashed (some humiliation is fine though!).

I tend to favor submission wrestling/jiu-jitsu, but I also like freestyle/folkstyle and oil matches or a combination of the above! No hard strikes (kicking or punching). If you know what you're doing (like *really* know what you're doing) applying an air choke, I'm happy to let you take me out that way (and please bring me back!).

I can host at my home (south of the Disney World area) with 8' x 10' gymnastic mats (better than puzzle mats but not as good as wrestling mats) on weekdays and some weekends. I'm also happy to come to you or meet in between.

Gear preferences are singlets or shorts for me (at least to start), and I like you to wear whatever makes you most comfortable. I have spare, clean singlets in all sizes to loan out if you want to try one.

I respect all limits and enjoy an erotic element when there's mutual chemistry. I can also turn that part off if you don't want that in a match.

I prefer guys up to my weight (though I'll wrestle up to about 200#) and age, but that isn't set in stone - just a trend.

Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. I'm not formally trained, but I'm happy to share what I know or let you take the time to work through a move while I adjust my defense from little to lots, depending on what you want.

I started Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) training in August 2024 at the age of 53. I'm a klutz, but I love it and I'm just gonna keep doing it until I (hopefully) get better and more confident.

I rarely meet with someone who doesn't share a face pic before a match. I understand discretion - I was in the military during Don't Ask Don't Tell. But it's more of a security thing with me. I need to know who the police should be looking for if I go missing. Sure, it's never happened, but... I may still meet without a picture, but that will depend on recommendations on your profile and reference checks.
