NEW UPDATE/ JANUARY 15, 2024:

As of 1-15-23 our family is now moved back into our home after spending 1 year out of our home due to a catastrophic loss due to water flooding our home. Our home’s HW heater could not handle an ice flow from the water line to our HW heater partially flooding half of the attic and half of our living space. We had not unpacked most of our belongings so as they were spared much damage.

I have not returned to any wrestling as I injured my lower back 3 times while out of our house! Unfortunately I fell landing on my back one time at home; and 2 times in our hotel room. My lower back was getting much better, however, I fell once in our hotel room and then again while preparing to move back from hotel to home.

We are back in our home and have been busy unpacking since most of our belongings were packed up by movers.
Our home had 75% of our home packed and we are reshuffling furniture and reopening boxes.

Our home is halfway unpacked.

I am not in the proper physical condition to return to wrestling. I am able to do light wrestling. We can have fun doing light give and take wrestling!!

If you travel close to where you’re traveling to and happen to be coming my way, feel free to let me know and I’d enjoy a meal with you, then a match or two.

My doctors tell me I should be able to return to wrestling in 3 months. It might be give or take 2 months more, at the most 3 to 6 months more to rehab to be fit to participate.

A bit more about me:

I retired from The US Army after 20 years of Honorable Service, as a United States Army Commissioned MAJOR, in June 1995.

I worked for 25 years in a not for profit organization until retiring at age 65 on April 1, 2020.

I was bound and determined to get in better physical condition on July 26, 2019 as I weighed 275. Through diet, walking, push-ups, water pool PT as of today, I weigh 220 pounds.
I am not of muscular build and can guarantee a CHALLENGING FUN MATCH. I bring my “A”Game.
