As u mention having big biceps makes for a very effective sleeper especially if u flex them as u apply the sleeper and you are squeezing your elbow directly beneath the chin so that your forearm works his neck on one side while the flexed bicep works the other side. Also, having the other arm or hand behind the neck is important, not on the head as in the fake WWE stuff as if the hand is on the head it can be easily pulled off by the recipient. Up to practicing these techniques once it is safe. Thanks
