Did you want a hole in the singlet or for it to look normal? A ring sewed into spandex will always show and not look normal. If you want a hole you would probably have to add a bias as you won't have enough material to create a "hem"
It won't matter that much. Vintage singlets were made out of a nylon double knit. Singlets did not start getting used til the late 1960's, spandex was invented in the 1950's.
Since each mans junk hangs in just a little different way and all singlets fit a little differently. You would have to wear the singlet while someone marked the location to the hole. Sewing an elastic band around the hole is not that difficult. If a tighter fit is required you could sew in a rubber “O” ring
Not a problem to do a fitting and get chalked out. Just might have to move that line a few times while you're drawing it. heheh ... maybe not. that's whey they call it a base, I guess
Anyone know how to sew well enough to sew a cockring into the crotch of a singlet so that whoever wears it can wrestle and look perfectly normal, except that his penis and dickbag are out? Sew the material around the cockring so it becomes part of the singlet?

yeah, man. but that's a different look. then you see all the hair and everything.
slide it through a hidden ring and its just submitted for male display all by itself.

cool facts.
but singlets got leg holes in them. why is a junk hole any different?

That was part of what was unclear that I asked about in the first response, so you are looking for balls and dick hanging on the outside
