The classic sit down piledriver.. I have used it on my opponents and to my opinion this type is the more devastating as you suddenly sit down putting all the weight of both bodies on the receiver neck and head. It's a drop straight down! No use of knees to absorb the impact.
I use this punisher on a mattress.. that way no real harm is done but you get the exciting sensation of receiving and applying the real deal!
