I have just had a new diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes so I am looking for a gym buddy to go to a gym with me in Wandsworth or Lambeth area. Anyone up for the job?
You can make do with a daily walk 50min With normal intensity or any other aerobic activity. This is more important than Gym activity. Also maintain nutrition.
