Gutpunching give/take/trade

cuffed, restrained, blindfolded is always good. multiple punchers also. As the receiver doesn't know who is punching, where, or bare fisted gloved, bat jab ect. Before we start a session I tell/show puncher(s) where to punch. A safe place is a direct line with belly button to just under rib cage and not off to the side. For me, I can take punches pretty well all day in the belly button. But when puncher raises to about 3" above my BB , those punches are landing in the pit of my stomach, that's where it really gives me the kind of belly ache/stomach ache to make me double up and submit. Yep, the only way I have guys gut punch me is when they tie me to a heavy bag or something like that. I never flex my belly. I want to let it sit out there so the guys can pound away. I love it when they want to take a break before I do. Love to do it for stakes too.

I kinda prefer the restrained session and the gut being unflexed, especially for lower gut work.
