Longest Ive gone without wearing shoes was three weeks and a couple days. U can do that if U live in a beach town and there's hardly any stores with No Shoes No Shirt signs.
I love the idea of being barefoot a lot outside, did barefoot hiking occasionally, but I guess that is much easier in California.
I actually like the sole most when it is trained a bit, has strengthened skin but is not hurt or with other deficits. I notice the barefoot indoors is not enough to keep it in similar good shape.
