when in a rough sparring, muay thai rules and full protections, I always felt frustrated going to the bathromm when one of us had a bloody nose...but that the was it is on a public gym.
Es bleibt nun mal nicht aus, das es beim Boxen zu Blutungen im Gesicht kommt. Boxen und Blut gehören zusammen. Ich finde es auch ok und würde es auch gerne so erleben. Wer hat auch Lust darauf ?
