Tor IP addresses blocked

Apparently the upstream provider (not the hosting provider) is blocking some (not all) TOR connections. I cannot blame them fully: in the past year fully two members of this site have been using tor; the other countless tor connections have all been from scam gangs trying to mask their origin (I won't be naming countries.), and more recently, spam bots. I think TOR is a great project, and I am sad to see that it has been subverted for ill means.

The simple workaround is adding an exception for meetfighters.com in your browser's proxy configuration.

I've noticed that ever since the hosting provider was changed (a few weeks ago), IP addresses associated with the TOR browser have been blocked. This means that anyone using Tor will not be able to access this website. I've been trying to access this site via Tor for the past two or three weeks, and 99% of the time I get the message "The server is taking too long to respond". I'm now accessing it via a proxy server. I've even tried to access them both side-by-side and at the same time, and without a proxy server it hardly ever works.

I think it's important to realise that not everyone using Tor is using it for an illicit/objectionable purpose. Some people use it for privacy, especially as ISP's are snooping on our browsing habits and keeping logs about what websites we visit.

Could Admin please confirm that, is it this site that is blocking Tor or the hosting provider? I think it is a big mistake as you are turning away a lot of potential and existing members.
