I agree, we definitely have cycles. I can go for weeks and not even think of wrestling or fighting, and then all of a sudden I am itching for a fight. Even to the point where I can deliberately egg guys on to try and get them to square up to me (hasnt worked tho, straight men are such wimps) I think it is linked to sexual cycles.
I agree we all go through ups and downs, but I find (as I am told many sportsmen are told to) that not allowing yourself to have sex or cum for a few days before the fight builds my need for a release, and heightens my testosterone so by the time I have a fight I am all geared up for it. I have been on holiday and arranged several fights on concurrent days, and often found that every other fight I tend to box "cold" and not get the same erotic excitement from the fight. I still enjoy the fight, but not on the same level. So I would suggest no cumming within 24 hours minimum before a fight, 1000's of sports coaches i think would agree! :)
RIghto you are on this. Its been proven that if you wait, its best. In fact, Ive found that as a middle aged man (54).. the longer you wait the better the fight. That is also true with sex and running
how does it feel to fight "cold" and not turned on compared to aroused in advance? must be more like what is experienced when a man is forced into a brawl as opposed to when he is psyched up when he gets stuck in.
Yours sounds fairly extreme but I reckon everyone has phases/times when they are far more up for wrestling than others. I can be sitting here tapping away at messages just dying to get on the mat with pretty much anybody, but equally I can be totally flat and dispassionate about it and not log in at all for days.
I find a bout usually fires me up to want to fix another soon. The longer I go without wrestling, the harder I find it to get going again. I think I also lose some confidence. Anyone else have that issue?
I know what you mean mate, I often lose all motivation and just don't have the fire For about 6 months I simply didn't want to know anything about fighting then suddenly I had the itchy feet and got back on the go
Am I the only one on the planet that gets off on fighting that has this happen to them, or is it more common than is talked about, I sure would like to know…
So here is the issue;
There are times, days, weeks, and even months when I am totally into man to man fighting, any kind of fighting, any rules, I am open to anything, form cock fighting to boxing to fist fighting, or anything in between…I mean if anyone was ever born to be a prviate man ot man fighter it is me and I love to fight...however this has happened to me an a few occasions...
Without much, if any notice, I can just go totally completely flat on the whole thing, lose all interest and desire to fight, almost to the point where it actually can turn me off to the idea of man to man fighting, and that can last days, weeks, and even months…
This is an example of what I am talking about…I can be in a hot fight mood looking around for a sex fight or a blood fight or gut punching, something, anything that generates pain, or cum, or both…then I will get a good fight set up that I know will happen, and start looking forward to the fight, I am cumming everyday thinking about the fight,I can’t wait to strip off my shirt and jeans and stand bare chested in the thinnest underwear I can find or nude, cock to cock and ready to fight…I live for man to man fights to a finish and cannot wait to put up my fists, bare or gloved and fight…I stay in the mood by trimming my bush and shaving my body smooth ever day getting ready for the contact and the fight, I think about the contact and the pain, when I am in bed with my woman I am not thinking about her, I am thinking about punching a guy in the belly or being punched in the belly, I can feel it, I can hear the sounds of fists hitting flesh and ripping up manly muscle and bone…whenever I am hearing or feeling the sounds of pain I am living in a world of pleasure…
Then a week or weeks later when the time comes for the fight, on a few occasions I have just gone completely flat mentality and all of sudden, I am really not into it…I mean I will still show up and I will always fight, I will give or take a beating, but when that happens it is just not the same…is this just me or have other guys into fighting had this experience…and if so, does anyone have any ideas…
I suspected it is like a testosterone thing and have even gone to the extent of taking shots to level that out…but even that does not really change the mood swings that much…
So is this just my problem or are there other fighters out there that go through the same elevator mood swings about fighting…if anyone feels like taking the time to tell me if they experience this I would appreciate it, especially if there is anything I can do about it…
Anyway it is a very frustrating problem because while this does not happen all the time, the fact that it does even once in a while as got me wondering if I should give up fighting…which for me would be like the worst possible thing I could imagine…you other fighters surely know what I am talking about…so if anyone has heard about this and knows of a way around it, please let me know…any pills on the market or treatments available…again this is not an every time event…but it can happen and I would like to fix that…for good...thanks...bifighter
